The AirCam POE 200HD comes in the standard Airlive packaging and includes the camera with all relevant cables and a power adapter.
The AirCam POE 200HD supports Power Over Ethernet (POE) so if you have a capable switch supporting POE you can benefit from not having to provide additional cabling for power. The following diagram illustrates the capability and requirements for a POE setup. If you don’t have a POE switch then there’s always the option of using the included power adapter.
The build quality of the AirCam POE 200HD is quite solid and I’m impressed by the progress made by Airlive with their products. The inner circuitry is clearly visible through the protective plastic cover. As you can see the camera isn’t capable of automatic pan or tilt which is a bit unfortunate since users would expect a dome camera to atleast pan across a 30-60 degree horizontal angle (You can set the angle manually however). Nevertheless if placed at the correct angle you should be able to cover a fairly large area.
