OCZ’s packaging of their SSD drives is quite impressive and it’s standard across the board for their drives with subtle changes in color schemes used depending on the model. The front and rear of the box gives good explanation of the drives performance capabilities and technical specs along with the drive size. 

The total package of the Vertex 3 120GB drive apart from the drive itself includes a user manual, screws to drive installation, 3.5” SSD adapter and the standard sticker OCZ seem to include in all their SSD drives that says “MY SSD IS FASTER THAN YOUR HDD”.

Okay that pretty much covers everything from the outside, so times to see how the drive performs. One thing to mention before we go on with the reviews is that your system should support SATA 3 in order to achieve the speeds OCZ gives out in their specs, if not the drive will default to SATA II speeds.
