HyperX FURY S Pro Gaming Mouse Pad – Speed Edition
The HyperX FURY S Pro Gaming Mouse Pad in Size X-Large is the largest of the HyperX Fury range. Measuring in at 90cm x 42cm, it is designed more as a table runner than a pure mouse mat allowing you to place a smooth comfortable surface under your keyboard as well as your mouse with plenty of room all around to spare & more!
Packaging and In depth look
The FURY S Pro comes rolled up inside its transport box, which features a cut out sample area so you can reach in to feel the surface of the mouse pad without fully opening the box.

Gaming performance and General use
HyperX promotes the Fury X ‘Speed Edition’ mouse pad as a pro-gaming mouse pad whose surface is optimized for speed and comes with seamless anti-fray stitching. It has been designed with comfort and stability in mind and is easily portable for gaming anywhere.

The mousepad’s smooth woven cloth surface is so silky that your mouse feet will glide all over it with very little friction. The tight rounded anti-fray stitching gives the mat a very well-defined edge as well as preventing any possibility of roll or lift on the pad. The smooth black stitching itself looks to have been sewn on very well and with a high quality that one hopes would last its owner for many years to come!
The nicely contrasting design of a standard black background with swirls of bright brilliant neon red, magenta and little touches of white smoky-like hues makes this mousepad’s design pleasing on the eyes. The large white HyperX logo in the lower right corner reminds you of the manufacturer’s name – just in case your friends get envious & wants one of their own.
The underside of the mousepad is a course grippy rubber that ensures it will grab onto any study table’s surface below easily preventing the pad from any possibility of it sliding around.

Conclusion

The HyperX Fury S Pro ‘Speed Edition’ mouse pad is HUGE! It’s clearly designed to not only provide a smooth effortless mousing surface, but also has plenty of room for your keyboard, mouse and anything else you might have to rest nicely on it as well. This can help give a more stable surface for your keyboard as well as protecting/insulating the desk, useful if you have a glass desk or just need to resurface an older desk.
It has no fancy features like wireless charging or RGB lighting like some other options out there, but does come at a very affordable price point for what it is.
If you are in the need of a mouse pad and prefer the feel of cloth (as opposed to a hard solid surface like an aluminium mouse pad) as well as wanting something to protect your desk and insulate your arms when touching your desk – then I highly recommend this product! If however, you have a smaller desk or is someone who would prefer a solid mouse surface without extra wrist support with their mouse pad, then you’d need to opt for one of the smaller sizes offered.
