Cooler Master at Computex 2019: Tech Highlights
TAIPEI, TAIWAN, MAY, 2019 – Cooler Master, a leading manufacturer of desktop components and peripherals, today revealed new products and services that will be shown at Computex, one of the largest annual technology conventions in Asia, this year. From personal workstations to all-out gaming rooms, Cooler Master displays products that excel in form and function. Specifically tailored to content creators and gamers, each design features the latest technology to push the standards of quality and performance in creative and gaming ecosystems.
CASE
Cooler Master reveals a variety of new case designs this year. Two new Silencio series cases have been revealed, the Silencio S400 & Silencio S600, as the latest models in a long-celebrated heritage of silence-optimized chassis. Test-driven development of the Silencio focused on silent technology, while balancing efficient cooling and value. A mini-ITX, the MasterCase H100, will be displayed with a prominent 200mm RGB fan alongside a MasterCase SL600M Black Edition, anodized in black and donning a sinister new character. The COSMOS C700P Black Edition extends further than its matte-black coating, comprised of internal and external advancements to the original and launching on Day 1 of Computex, in select regions.
POWER
At Computex, a host of exciting new Power Supply units and concepts will be shown. Cooler Master’s biggest focus this year centers on the new Thermal Enhanced Platform (TEP). This fully in-house designed platform will be featured in three new product lines: XG Gold Essential, XG Gold Advanced, and XG Gold Plus. TEP was built to deliver high efficiency with noticeably better thermal performance. This is achieved through a number of innovations such as a redesigned DC-to-DC circuit, a newly developed high efficiency transformer, and machine soldering.
THERMAL
Unveiled for the first time at Computex 2019 is an all new Dual Pump AIO liquid cooler, incorporating Cooler Master’s dual chamber design on both pumps. The enhanced flow rate and pressure of the coolant will dissipate the CPU heat at a faster speed compared to traditional AIO liquid coolers. Also on display is the new MasterAir Maker 3DVVC, created with Cooler Master’s 3D Vertical Vapor Chamber (3DVVC) technology. The 3DVVC replaces traditional heat pipes to amplify heat transfer capabilities, decrease the air flow resistance within the aluminum fins, and provide a sleeker aesthetic outlook. In addition, the MasterFan SF120M, which is the first Maker edition fan with a patented square 120mm metallic damping fan frame, will be shown for the first time. The metallic frames are strategically placed on the fan to reduce vibration and internal friction.
PERIPHERALS
Cooler Master debuts its complete wireless peripherals line for the first time at this year’s Computex. Designed for creative professionals, the SK851 is Cooler Master’s ultra slim Bluetooth mechanical keyboard using Omron’s new low profile switches. The board will be available in both linear and tactile switch models with black or white options. The MM831 is a lag-free wireless mouse featuring all the essentials including a top-of-the-line sensor, up to 32,000 DPI, Qi wireless charging ability, and a removable magnetic cover for dongle storage, all packed in a durable PBT chassis. The MH670 is Cooler Master’s first wireless gaming headset. Its 2.4GHz wireless connectivity combined with virtual 7.1 surround sound and a unidirectional boom mic results in a lag-free cordless solution with high-quality audio to match.
Cooler Master and GTR
On display for the first time ever, will be the new GTA-F Cooler Master Edition racing simulator. Designed in collaboration with GTR Simulator, the GTA-F Cooler Master Edition is made from premium alloy steel, features a fully adjustable frame, and a first-rate racing seat designed to support racers of every size while sustaining the constant strain of full-body maneuvers. With support for up to three curved or flat monitors of 30 to 36 inches and a single monitor of 50 inches, the GTA-F provides an immersive experience that even professional drivers can enjoy.
