The TRENDnet TEW-826DAP is a well designed product with a very low profile design. It offers most common features sort after for enterprise grade WIFI installations such as Band Steering, MU-MIMO technology, AC2200 Tri Band WIFI bands and POE capable Gigabit Ethernet capabilities.
With a retail price of US$209 (AUD$303) the TEW-826DAP is priced very competitively. The management console is very intuitive and error free and easy to understand. The included user manual does a good job at describing all of the features offered on the management console.
For larger installations you also have the added advantage of central management via a TEW-WLC100 controller as described before. This is most certainly an invaluable feature if you’re adding over 5 access points on your network and want the ease of central management.
The TEW-826DAP is a good piece of kit and certainly a recommended product for your next enterprise WIFI project.
