Silicon Power Wins Prestigious Design Award
Silicon Power (SP) celebrated an important milestone by winning the German Design Award for two products this year. With Computex on the horizon, SP will open its headquarters to the public from May 28-31 to showcase new launches, foster new relationships, and catch up with old friends and business acquaintances.
Recognition for Product Innovation
SP, a leading global memory storage brand, has won the German Design Award in 2019 for its three-in-one OTG USB flash drive, the Mobile C50, and for its military-grade waterproof and dustproof external SSD, the Bolt B80. This achievement once again confirms SP’s leadership in the market for its innovative product design.
The Mobile C50 USB Flash Drive, a winner of the IF Design Award and Taiwan Excellence Award in 2018, wowed judges this year with its triple USB connectivity: Type-A, Micro-B, and Type-C, which gives users flexibility and universal adaptability across many devices and generations. The Bolt B80, which is the industry’s thinnest military-grade shockproof, waterproof, and dustproof portable SSD, differentiates itself from the abundance of square-shape devices in the market with its unique flying saucer inspired disc-shape.
A Sneak Peek at Computex 2019

Visitors will be able to see the headquarters, check out the product room, and meet employees. The product room has been updated with a vivid new interior design and new products like the Bolt B75 Pro Portable SSD as well as many accessories will be available to sample.
