Test Setup

For testing purposes we used industry standard benchmarking tools such as Sisoft Sandra and Everest. So lets see how well these modules perform. The tests were run at its default speed of 1600Mhz (8-8-8-24) and at an overclocked setting of 1656Mhz (9-9-9-28). Once all the tests completed successfully we decided to be a bit bolder and overclocked the modules to a more modest 1720Mhz. I have heard some people being able to overclock these modules way upto 2000Mhz, however this most likely a hit or miss situation and I didn’t want to take any chances with data corruption issues.
