Transcend TS-ASL3 Socket 370 Motherboard
Pros
- Good overclocking options
- Remained stable in all our tests
Cons
- 512MB memory limit
- No cables included for the 2 extra USB connectors
- No software bundle
Overall I think Transcend has done a good job with their TS-ASL2, bringing out quite a standard board yet equipped it with features we’d expect from a good motherboard in today’s context. I used the term standard since this board really doesn’t offer us anything new or any feature unheard of, rather it’s simply another board that gives decent performance. Offered at a competitive price of $129 the TS-ASL2 is sure worth your money. Considering factors such as the range of overclocking options you get and the board’s overall stability this sure is a good choice if you’re looking into a new motherboard.
